It could cure the traditional materials containing (CQ) in one second. But, 1s light cures incompletely resin materials containing new photo initiators like TPO, such as Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill, Amel-ogen Plus, ENA Hri, etc.
Question: Are there any disadvantages to too long irradiation time?
Answer: There is little impact on the filling material. But the long irradiation time would cause excessive heat and irritate the pulp and soft tissues.
